He's so incompetent he can't even slop emulsion on the walls it has to be over the windows and floors as well.</p> <p>The plumber from yesterday rang. There is a bath and sink in his mates shop that might match the toilet so I'll go and have a look tomorrow. Fingers crossed!</p> <p>After the p&d has been I'm going to the fish shop as I need cheering up and can't be bothered to cook. Not very helpful; their complaints procedure is inadaquate for cases that need urgent attention. I have to complete a compaints form and send to them; they then write to the builder and give him 14 days to respond; if he doesn't they send him a reminder and give him a further 7 days. They then consider the complaint.....<br> & in the meantime I'm living in a property that has been wrecked by their member!</p> <p>I am getting really upset and frustrated by this whole thing! No matter which way I turn there are obstacles and that bastard has got away with it! I contacted FMB so that other single women weren't robbed by the bastard but nobody is interested - Trading Standards, CAB, FMB.
